The number one reason moving quotes go wrong is that they're based on what the customer remembers to mention over the phone, not what's actually in the house. A garage full of boxes, a piano nobody thought to bring up, or a third-floor walk-up with no elevator all change the job significantly, and none of that reliably comes up in a five-minute call.

Inventory and access, seen instead of described

Keeping these distinct in the quote means the customer understands exactly what they're paying for instead of one lump number they have to take on faith.

A request form on your site lets customers describe their move and upload photos of each room before you've scheduled an in-home estimate, which for a lot of local moves means you can send a real number without ever having to drive out first.
