How credits work

One system, no surprise line items

Credits get spent in a few places, and every one of them is visible in your billing history before it happens. Publishing your second form onward costs 10 credits. The first one is on us. A completed lead costs 10 credits at the base rate. Add a photo and it's 5 more. Add a video and it's 15 more. A voice recording adds 5.

Embedding a form on a domain costs 50 credits roughly every 30 days, billed per domain rather than per form, so running five forms on the same site doesn't multiply the charge. Going back into a lead that's more than six months old costs 5 credits, mostly to cover the storage of media that old.

None of this requires you to think in advance about what a lead will cost. You publish a form, share it, and the credits get deducted as real activity happens. Not before.
