Quoting shouldn't eat your evening.
FlyQuote exists because writing a good quote takes longer than doing the job should allow. We build software for the person who does the walkthrough during the day and the paperwork at night.
Most quoting software is built for the office, not the truck. It assumes someone has time to sit down, open a template, and type out line items from memory. In practice, that someone is usually the owner, and it's usually 9pm.
We started from a different assumption. The information you need for a quote already exists. It's in the call you just had with the customer and the photos you took standing in their yard or attic or crawlspace. FlyQuote reads that and drafts the proposal, so you're editing something instead of starting from nothing.
What we actually build
Two things, and they work together. The first is the quoting engine itself. You give it a transcript and some photos, and it works out scope, quantities, and pricing. The second is a lead-capture form you can put on your own website, so new customers can tell you what they need and send photos before you ever pick up the phone.
We keep both simple on purpose. You shouldn't need a training session to publish a form or send a quote. If something takes more than a few clicks, we treat that as a bug in the product, not a gap in the manual.
Who it's for
Roofers, landscapers, HVAC techs, plumbers, painters, remodelers, and pretty much anyone who quotes physical work at a physical address. If your business runs on phone calls, site visits, and photos, this is built for you specifically, not adapted from something built for someone else.
